At BTBY – Be True Be You, we’re proud to offer worldwide shipping to support our global community. No matter where you are — Canada, USA, Europe, Asia, or Australia — we’ll get your favorite gear delivered to your doorstep.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Each product is made with care, and we take time to ensure quality control before dispatch.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Below are general estimates:

  • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

Note: Delivery time may be affected by customs delays, local postal service schedules, or high-volume periods.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order status directly from our website or the carrier’s site.

If your tracking information isn’t updating, please allow 24–48 hours or reach out to us at sales@btby.ca for assistance.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Your Satisfaction Matters

We want you to love your BTBY pieces. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us at sales@btby.ca within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few days to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email sales@btby.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. We will prioritize your issue and send you a replacement at no extra cost.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
